By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms. We recommend reading them carefully before making a purchase.

 

1.⁠ ⁠Who We Are

Clarity is a brand focused on creating high-quality swimwear that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Our online store is powered by WooCommerce and operates from Portugal, shipping to selected countries in Europe.

 

2.⁠ ⁠Where We Ship

We currently ship to:
Portugal and Spain (Mainland)
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Sweden, United Kingdom.
We’re always working to expand, so stay tuned for more locations!

 

3.⁠ ⁠Payments

We accept the following payment methods:
•⁠  ⁠Credit/Debit Cards
•⁠  ⁠Apple Pay
•⁠  ⁠Google Pay
All transactions are processed securely.

 

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Delivery

All purchases are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Shipping is done via Batch, which allows you to track your order. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or WhatsApp along with your tracking code.
Estimated delivery time:
3 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays or customs clearance processes in the destination country.

 

5.⁠ ⁠Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 consecutive days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return/exchange:

•⁠  ⁠Items must be in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, no odors)
•⁠  ⁠Must include original packaging, hygiene stickers, tags, etc.
•⁠  ⁠We do not accept items that have been altered, used, washed, or damaged by misuse.
•⁠  ⁠Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we’ll send you an email confirming if the return is approved.

If approved:

•⁠  ⁠For exchanges: If the desired product is in stock when your return arrives at the warehouse, the exchange will be processed within one week.
•⁠  ⁠If the desired product is out of stock at the time we receive your return, the exchange will be processed as soon as the item becomes available again.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please send an email to geral@claritythelabel.com with the following information:

•⁠  ⁠Full Name
•⁠  ⁠Phone Number
•⁠  ⁠Shipping address for the new item
•⁠  ⁠Name on the order and payment date
•⁠  ⁠Order reference number
•⁠  ⁠Reason for the exchange
•⁠  ⁠Name and size of the item you want to return
•⁠  ⁠Name and size of the item you’d like to receive

Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

 

6.⁠ ⁠Faulty Items

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item – that’s definitely not the Clarity standard.

Clarity does not offer repairs, unless it’s confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.

Please note: We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect washing, or alterations made by the customer.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please email us at geral@claritythelabel.com with the following details:

•⁠  ⁠Full Name
•⁠  ⁠Preferred Contact Email
•⁠  ⁠Phone Number
•⁠  ⁠Order Reference
•⁠  ⁠Product Name and Size
•⁠  ⁠Description of the issue
•⁠  ⁠Clear photos showing the fault

Our quality control team will review the information and get back to you as soon as possible.

If the issue is confirmed to be a genuine manufacturing defect, our Customer Support team will reach out to arrange the return of the item at no cost to you.

Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected again.

If the fault is confirmed, we’ll inform you of the next steps – whether it’s a replacement, repair, or a refund – and the expected timeline.

However, if it turns out the issue was due to misuse or handling outside of our care guidelines, we won’t be able to process a repair or replacement. In that case, the return shipping of the item will be the customer’s responsibility.
