1. How do I know my ideal size?
You can check our Size Guide, where you’ll find detailed measurements in centimetres. If you’re still unsure, feel free to send us a message on Instagram or by email with your measurements, and we’ll be happy to help you choose the best fit.
2. Can I buy different sizes for the top and bottom?
Yes! Our bikinis are sold as separates, giving you complete freedom to choose the sizes that fit you best. You can select different sizes for both the top and the bottom.
3. Do your pieces have removable cups and bust support?
Yes! Our designs are created to provide maximum comfort and the ideal level of support. For styles that include cups, they are removable, so you can choose whichever way feels best for you.
4. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery location. Once you enter your address at checkout, the website will show you the available shipping methods and prices. Orders over €90 qualify for free shipping.
5. What is the exchange and return period?
You have up to 15 consecutive days from the date your order is delivered to request an exchange or return. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and unused. Once the piece reaches our courier, our team will inspect it before proceeding.
6. Who pays for return shipping costs?
In the case of an exchange, we fully cover the cost of sending the new item from us to your home. However, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item to our courier.
7. What should I do if I want to exchange an item?
Simply contact us by email at geral@claritythelabel.com with your order number and the sizes you would like to exchange. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Once we receive your request, you’ll receive an email with all the instructions to return the piece to our courier in the easiest way possible.
8. How should I wash my bikini so it lasts longer?
To preserve the quality of your piece, we recommend hand washing with cold water and mild soap. You can find all washing details and care symbols on the inside label. Please avoid washing machines and tumble dryers.
9. Will the fabric lose colour with chlorine or salt water?
No. The fabric we use is premium quality and sourced from Italy, specially treated to resist chlorine and salt water while maintaining vibrant colours for much longer.
10. Where are the bikinis made?
We’re proud to say that all of our bikinis are handmade in Portugal. Each piece is crafted with great care, love, and attention to detail to offer you a high-quality product.
11. Do the bikinis become see-through when wet?
No need to worry! All of our designs are made with high-quality, thick fabrics and are fully lined, ensuring they do not become see-through, even after a swim.
12. What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We’re truly sorry if that happens. Please send us an email at geral@claritythelabel.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll resolve the situation as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to you.
